About Combat Conditioning
This program is aimed at bringing you the intensity and the effectiveness of Marine Corps boot camp and combat training in the most authentic manner possible. As an infantry marine on a combat deployment in Iraq I learned the importance of training my body and my mind to be able to endure anything life throws at me.
During our sessions we will be going through timed circuits, buddy exercises, and many other methods of training I have learned at boot camp and from three years experience in the Marine Corps. I can guarantee that with 100% commitment to the program and its methods that you will come out the other end with a sharper mind, greatly increased fitness, longer endurance, and a better body.

This is for EVERYONE. In keeping with bettering yourself mentally as well as physically, the sessions are going to be competitive in nature which I have found makes hard work more fun and go by faster. Most of the sessions are going to be circuits involving a combination of weights, running, and body weight exercises. I try to make most of the work outs mimic actual combat situations. I like to use a stopwatch with my workouts to add to the stress and help you push yourself.
Get in touch with me if you want to get after it!
